- Support health promotion and lifestyle advice, including brief interventions and signposting.
- Contribute to recall and care planning for patients with long-term conditions.

Burlington Primary Care is a busy, forward-thinking practice in Ipswich, with a genuine commitment to patient-centred, preventative care. We run a growing multidisciplinary team that includes GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, and paramedics. We believe the best care comes from teams that work well together, support each other, and keep learning. That is the environment you would be joining.

- Flexible working arrangements where possible.
- Active involvement in service development and quality improvement.

- Previous experience in a primary care or community setting.
- Child health surveillance knowledge or experience.
- Contraception and sexual health advice and management.
- Travel health advice and vaccines.
- Interest in lifestyle medicine, health promotion, or preventative care.
