To carry out administration duties, inputting and extracting data onto the patient administration system (PAS) and the departmental CRIS system (Computerised Radiology Information System, CRIS) and to search the patient database for existing records, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Reception duties for all areas of the Radiology department, including enquiries from medical staff, other hospitals, GP's and members of the public. Dealing with telephone and direct communication enquiries from the public and other health professions. Co-operation with and provision of assistance where necessary to all medical, nursing and other hospital staff.
