Care Team Leader

The role of a Care Team Leader at Agincare involves guiding and supporting the care staff to provide high-quality care to residents. You'll be responsible for leading by example, supporting residents with personal care, encouraging independence, overseeing medication administration, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals. The position requires working 40 hours per week on day shifts with availability on alternate weekends.
