Care Team Leader

We offer £14.00 per hour, a refer a friend scheme (up to £1000), career development, QCF Level 5 training, a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. We seek individuals with a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK, at least 2 years' experience in social care, and a QCF Level 2 qualification or higher. Your role includes leading by example in providing high-quality care, supporting residents with personal care, encouraging independence, planning activities, overseeing medication administration, and working closely with families and healthcare professionals.
