Care Team Leader

Are you an experienced care professional ready for your next step? We offer £14.50 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, ongoing career development, and a company pension. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, at least 2 years experience in social care, and QCF Level 2 (or above). Your role involves providing high-quality care, supporting residents with personal care, and planning meaningful activities. Lead by example and create a warm and welcoming environment.
