We are looking for a kind, compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Sunridge Court in Golders Green on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and provide the practical and emotional support they need to live well each day. Your role will include personal care, daily routines, mealtimes, activities and companionship, while promoting independence, choice and dignity. You will work closely with colleagues, residents and families to create a warm and supportive environment where people feel valued. No previous care experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others.
Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
What youll be doing - Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines

Working pattern Youll work on a two-week rolling rota:
Week 1: 4 days Week 2: 2 days 12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends Average of 38.5 hours per week
