As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring residents receive the personal attention they need. You'll engage in various tasks such as supporting residents with meals and following care plans.
