This job involves working as a Bank Care Assistant in a Barchester care home, where you will be assisting residents in their daily living activities. You will be responsible for providing support, companionship, and sharing great moments with the residents. The role is part-time and offers flexible working hours which means that the days and hours you work will vary as it depends on the needs of the care home. You will be assisting residents with their meals and drinks, following their care plans, and ensuring each one gets the personal time and care they deserve.

As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time. Qualifications
Essential: - Experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
