This is an office-based role within a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. The people we support are very much at the heart of everything we do, so if you are not comfortable having regular contact with people with learning disabilities, this role may not be for you.

This is a fast-paced, varied position which includes:

  • Processing payroll information
  • Reconciling amenity accounts
  • Banking and financial administration
  • Maintaining records, databases and spreadsheets
  • General office administration and problem solving

  • Is friendly and approachable
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Is proactive, reliable and flexible
  • Can adapt quickly and "roll with the punches" when priorities change
  • Has strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous finance experience would also be desirable

  • You will be used to working to tight deadlines and with high accuracy in written correspondence.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skill abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, Word, Excel.
  • Experience in working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to plan own work over short timescales for routine or familiar tasks and processes and use your initiative to work independently.
  • GCSE or Vocational equivalent, strong numeracy, and literacy skills.
  • Enthusiasm and pride in your work are qualities we welcome.

  • Experience in minute or note taking
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role

If you're looking for a rewarding role where your work genuinely helps others, and you enjoy being part of a team that keeps everything organised and running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

We welcome applications from candidates who currently reside in the UK with established proof of right to work documentation. We are not able to offer sponsorship at this time for this role.
