Our Reablement Service supports people within the community to remain safe, independent and well in their own homes. Working alongside health and social care professionals, we help individuals maintain their independence and continue living fulfilling lives within their local community.
The service operates 365 days a year, providing essential support to people when they need it most. Based from Ecton Brook, Northampton, our team delivers person-centred care and support across the local area.
We're looking for caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting others.

- A caring and compassionate approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
Previous care training or a Health & Social Care qualification would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Valid UK right to work that remains in place until at least 31 March 2027 (we do not offer sponsorship for this role)
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Availability to work the shift pattern outlined above
- Ability to commence employment and attend induction training from mid-November 2026
- Commit to a fixed-term contract ending on 31 March 2027
We will be holding assessment days for shortlisted candidates on the 29th and 30th October. Attendance is by invitation only, and shortlisted applicants will be contacted with further information about the assessment activities and selection process.
If you enjoy helping people maintain their independence and want a rewarding role where every day makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and join our dedicated Reablement team supporting people across Northamptonshire.
