A post has become available for a Business Administration Coordinator within the Forensic Management Business Admin Team. The position will be based a...

It is desirable that the candidate has experience of working in an Adult Mental Health setting but must have the following:

  • Excellent minute taking, secretarial, organisational and data entry skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to gather, analyse, interpret and present extensive and/or complex data and information.
  • Manage the provision of information on service activity for KPIs and Trust targets.
  • Work to tight deadlines, in changing and challenging situations, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experienced events coordinator.
  • Liaise and work with internal and external colleagues.

Training and Qualifications

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)

Experience

Essential

  • Experience working within an office or healthcare administrative environment
  • Experience using IT systems for data document management and reporting.
  • Advanced Word and Excel

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, manage workload pressures
  • Be able to gather, analyse, interpret and present extensive and/or complex data and information
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent minute taking, secretarial, organisational and data entry skills
  • Experienced events coordinator
  • Manage the provision of information on service activity for KPIs and targets
