It is desirable that the candidate has experience of working in an Adult Mental Health setting but must have the following:
- Excellent minute taking, secretarial, organisational and data entry skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be able to gather, analyse, interpret and present extensive and/or complex data and information.
- Manage the provision of information on service activity for KPIs and Trust targets.
- Work to tight deadlines, in changing and challenging situations, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Experienced events coordinator.
- Liaise and work with internal and external colleagues.

Training and Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
Experience

- Experience working within an office or healthcare administrative environment
- Experience using IT systems for data document management and reporting.
- Advanced Word and Excel
Knowledge and Skills

- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, manage workload pressures
- Be able to gather, analyse, interpret and present extensive and/or complex data and information
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent minute taking, secretarial, organisational and data entry skills
