Band 7 Physiotherapist

The Band 7 Physiotherapist is responsible as the clinical

lead for the Primary Healthcare Rehabilitation Facility (PCRF) and will oversee

the provision of high-quality primary care rehabilitation across the combined

practice. Their duties include the delivery of advanced clinical practice and

the management of rehabilitation staff. The Combined Practice is formed across

2 sites, Aldershot Medical Centre as the larger site and Minley Medical Centre

as the smaller site.

To work as a Team Clinical Lead managing staff.

To be a source of highly skilled clinical expertise in the management of

musculoskeletal (MSK) dysfunction. Reporting to the Senior Medical

Officer (SMO), the Band 7 Clinical Lead provides clinical supervision and

advice to senior physiotherapists, General Practitioners, and the service

persons' military Chain of Command.

Registration Details

Registration and Memberships

Essential: - Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Physiotherapist; - Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapist (MCSP)

Experience

Desirable: - Healthcare Governance training or equivalent experience.; - Diagnostic Ultrasound (US) or willing to undertake.; - Injection Therapy or willing to undertake.

Qualifications

Essential: - Degree in Physiotherapy plus additional specialist training or experience to master's level or equivalent.

Desirable: - Masters of Science (MSc) or working towards MSc
