This varied and rewarding role places you at the heart of patient services. You will deliver a high-quality service in line with Trust standards and build strong working relationships with outpatient administration, phlebotomy and nursing teams. Using your confident and compassionate communication skills, you will work with patients, medical staff and colleagues while supporting the Patient Services Co-ordinator, Business Support Mangers and Business Manager to deliver excellent services across the Directorate.
