As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the Rapid Response Service, you'll be part of our valued team across the Swale locality, with bases at Sittingbourne Community Hospital and Sheppey Community Hospital. Qualifications

Essential

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification or equivalent. Independent Prescribing qualification. Evidence of continuing professional development. Significant post-registration experience in urgent care or related clinical settings. Proven experience of advanced clinical assessment. Ability to work autonomously. Full UK driving licence.
