- Independently assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients within your scope of practice.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions using advanced assessment and clinical reasoning skills.

You'll independently assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with a wide range of primary care needs, making autonomous clinical decisions and providing safe, evidence-based care.
Working alongside experienced GPs, Practice Nurses, Wellbeing Advisors, Clinical Coders and other healthcare professionals, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding care to our diverse patient population.

Qualifications
Essential
- Hold current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration with no restrictions.
- Hold a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (Level 7, 180 credits), or equivalent Level 7 ACP qualifications that demonstrates achievement across the four pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice; recognised modules in Advanced Physical Assessment and Research is essential.
- Be a qualified Independent Prescriber.
Experience
Essential
- Have experience working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within primary care.
- Be confident managing complete episodes of patient care autonomously.
Desirable
- Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and sound decision-making skills.
- Be an effective communicator with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
- Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Be able to positively influence and support colleagues within the multidisciplinary team.
