As a Home Care Administrator at Agincare UK, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of staff and client paperwork, including care plan assessments and reviews, client funding information, staff HR files, recruitment paperwork, and training records. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and post, disseminating these to relevant team members and preparing outgoing mail as required. Your role will also involve supporting with auditing, fault reporting, and implementing company policies and procedures. A member of the domiciliary care support team, you'll be expected to cover care calls in emergencies and be part of the on-call rota, which includes some evenings and weekends. Agincare offers a salary of £26,500 with additional earnings potential through an on-call rota, a refer-a-friend scheme, a mileage allowance, career development opportunities, fully funded training, a Blue Light care discount package, and a company pension scheme. Candidates must have a valid UK driving license and vehicle access, and previous experience in administration, ideally within Health & Social Care.

What is required from you

  • Full time availability - 40 hours per week.
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
  • Must have a valid UK driving license & access to your own vehicle
  • Expectation to provide hands on care when required
  • Expectation to cover the on call phone on a rota basis
  • Previous experience in an administrative function, ideally in the Health & Social Care industry.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, with a high IT competency.

A day in the life of a Home Care Administrator

You willsupport the Registered Manager in all aspects of staff and client paperwork. This can include:

  • Care plan assessments and reviews
