- Providing admin support to Medical Secretaries
- Using numerous hospital IT systems
- Dealing with patient queries via emails and phone calls
- Sending reports and clinical data to GPs
- To undertake general admin duties, typing/photocopying/filing.
- To provide any regular reports as required by the medical secretaries/team leader
- Working unsupervised/with minimal support

Qualifications
Essential
- GCSE English Garde A-C or equivalent-to include English Language and Maths
- RSA Stage II or equivalent, NVQ III or equivalent in relevant area (i.e. business administration)
Desirable: - RSA Stage II; - ECDL
Experince
Essential: - Previous secretarial experience, including diary management.
Desirable: - Previous database experience; - Experience within NHS or similar setting
