The dedicated staff work collaboratively to promote positive relationships, emotional growth, and individual development. As a Youth Mental Health Support Worker:

Work closely with students who require additional support in managing and understanding their emotionsProvide 1:1 and small group interventions focused on emotional regulation and well-beingSupport students throughout the school day, helping them engage positively with their learningCollaborate with teachers and other staff to maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environmentBe a role model of consistency, patience, and compassion The ideal Youth Mental Health Support Worker:

Passionate about mental health and driven to make a difference in young people's livesCalm, resilient, and empathetic in challenging situationsA team player with a positive, proactive approach A background in psychology, criminology, sociology, sport, art, or music is advantageous, but not essential.
