The job involves managing the development of a pro-active nurse led service to meet occupational health and well-being demands of all the clients of the service. This included strategic planning for the development of the service linked to national agendas and the Trust's corporate strategy, financial management of the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Centre budget, clinical governance, operational management of staff, policy development and innovation.

Experience
Essential
- Previous management or leadership experience in Occupational Health.
- Experience of working in Occupational Health in an NHS setting
- Experience of developing and implementing policies, protocols and procedures
Desirable: - Experience in commercial development, PR or marketing
Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse
- Specialist Occupational Health practitioner BSc/MSc in Occupational Health or equivalent
- Evidence of ongoing relevant professional development
Desirable: - Member of Institute of Occupational Safety and Health; - Counselling, CBT or equivalent
