Priory Hospital Newbury Full Time | 37.5 hours | Site based Salary is £44,375 - £50,329 per annum dependant on experience
As a Ward Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of our Acute Ward. You will lead and support the nursing team, ensure high standards of patient care, manage staffing and compliance, and promote a positive, safe, and compassionate environment for patients and colleagues alike.

Based in Berkshire, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a well-established service supporting adult males with mental health needs, working towards community reintegration.
Essential
- An experienced Mental Health Nurse with at least two years leadership experience.
- Experience supervising nursing or care staff.
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
- Trained Assessor/Supervisor (or willingness to achieve).
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to undertake further clinical, leadership and management training.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a clinical environment.
Desirable: - Experience within an Acute Ward setting.
