As the successful candidate, you will
- Have a methodical approach to work, be extremely well organised and have a flexible attitude incorporating our Trust PRIDE values.
- Have good communication skills which are essential to this post.
- Be able to work in a team and independently
- Be responsible for managing waiting lists, liaising with patients and clinicians, and booking diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
- Good IT skills in addition to the willingness and commitment to learn multiple Trust IT systems are necessary. Having strong personable skills is also essential in this role.
All aspects of this role should be carried out in line with Trust Policies and Procedures on data collection and confidentiality. Confidentiality in all matters is of the utmost importance.
