The Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service provides support to people, to manage long-term neurological conditions and to live as independently...
- The post holder will work as part of the Community Neurological Rehabilitation team in the community and LCH based clinics city wide.
- You will work within agreed framework to plan, implement and evaluate clinical and/or therapeutic activities and patient response to activity Working independently but with reference to a supervisor within the relevant clinical area.
- You will provide and receive routine or sometimes complex information using persuasion, reassurance, tact and empathy and address barriers to understanding to engage individuals in care and gain valid consent for care.
- Prioritise your own workload and understands the boundaries of practice.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership in everyday practice through identifying creative and innovative ideas to develop quality service provision and supporting initiatives as an active member of the team.
