Team Secretary

As part of your role you will be supporting the team ensuring the required paperwork is completed in a timely manner and shared with the GP and others as requested. Ensuring patient EPR is updated. Processing referrals into the team ensuring they are shared with appropriate staff ensuring compliance within the appropriate timeframe.

Ensuring you adhere to confidentiality at all times during your working day.

Urgent Care support people in a mental health crisis who present to our General Hospital A&E Department or who are inpatients on the ward offering our colleagues support. The Haven is a short stay safe space where patients are able to decompress in a quiet and therapeutic environment.

We support our staff with ongoing training and development opportunities and you will receive regular supervision with a senior admin team member and we welcome regular wellbeing check ins with the team.
