To provide general administration to all CAMHS Clinicians and Managers, and their teams. The post holder will work within an exciting service - "Aspir...
Based within a busy environment, the post holder will have responsibility for providing a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative support service including supporting the lead, collating figures and producing reports.
The post holder will be need to be professional, well-organised, team orientated, experienced and highly motivated to join our multi-disciplinary team
Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and patient information systems.

Qualifications
Essential
- English & Math's GCSE or equivalent
- Good standard of written and spoken English
Desirable
- NVQ Admin
Experience
Essential
- Advanced Administration skills at a senior level
- Health/Social care patient information systems
- Health/Social care patient information systems
- Working as part of an administrative team for at least a year
Desirable
- Reception duties on a Health or Social Care setting
- Experience in a health/mental health, education or social services setting
Knowledge
Essential
- Computer literacy and word processing skills (MSOffice Word)
- Data entry skills
- Ability to prioritise workload & plan & organise own time effectively
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a pressured environment
Desirable
- Knowledge & understanding of medical terms
- Knowledge of Patient Administration systems
