Job description

To provide general administration to all CAMHS Clinicians and Managers, and their teams. The post holder will work within an exciting service - "Aspir...

Based within a busy environment, the post holder will have responsibility for providing a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative support service including supporting the lead, collating figures and producing reports.

The post holder will be need to be professional, well-organised, team orientated, experienced and highly motivated to join our multi-disciplinary team

Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and patient information systems.

Qualifications

Essential

  • English & Math's GCSE or equivalent
  • Good standard of written and spoken English

Desirable

  • NVQ Admin

Experience

Essential

  • Advanced Administration skills at a senior level
  • Health/Social care patient information systems
  • Health/Social care patient information systems
  • Working as part of an administrative team for at least a year

Desirable

  • Reception duties on a Health or Social Care setting
  • Experience in a health/mental health, education or social services setting

Knowledge

Essential

  • Computer literacy and word processing skills (MSOffice Word)
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload & plan & organise own time effectively
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a pressured environment

Desirable

  • Knowledge & understanding of medical terms
  • Knowledge of Patient Administration systems
