We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team within the Jasmine Suite, a busy Gynaecol...
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within the Gynaecology Outpatient Department.
- Assist with colposcopy, outpatient hysteroscopy, and general gynaecology clinics.
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised nursing care.
- Support patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort.
- Work collaboratively with consultants and the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver safe and effective care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with the NMC Code, Trust policies, and infection prevention standards.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of outpatient clinics.
- Participate in quality improvement, audit, mandatory training, and continuing professional development.
- Support and contribute to a friendly, welcoming, and professional team environment.
