As a newly qualified or early-career Speech and Language Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping people communicate, eat, drink and swallow safely, improving independence, wellbeing and quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills within a supportive team while making a meaningful impact on patients and their families. As a Speech and Language Therapist you will be part of our valued team at HCRG Care Group, receiving access to exclusive rewards and benefits. You will support adults with acquired communication and/or swallowing disorders to maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. You will assess, prioritise and manage a diverse caseload, responding appropriately to complex, sensitive and unpredictable clinical and non-clinical situations. You will deliver person-centred interventions for individuals with communication impairments, mental health needs, degenerative conditions, terminal illnesses and other complex presentations. You will provide clear advice, guidance and practical communication strategies to patients, carers and other professionals to help individuals achieve their communication potential.
