Specialist Radiographer - Cardiac/Interventional

Within the Cardiac Cath Labs we have 2 dedicated interventional PCI labs, 1 electrophysiology/devices lab, 1 structural/devices lab, and 1 diagnostic angiography/devices lab. The Hybrid Theatre is dedicated to our Vascular team, and we also provide a mobile II service for some Vascular cases.

Within Interventional Radiology we have a state-of-the-art Siemens IR suite, and a new Fluoroscopy room.

Qualifications

Essential: - Current HCPC UK registration; - BSc (Hons) or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography

Desirable: - Evidence of post graduation CPD in specialist area

Experience

Essential: - Theatre and mobile image intensifier experience; - NHS Radiology experience

Desirable: - Cardiology, Interventional Radiology or Vascular experience; - Clear interest in Interventional fluoroscopic procedures across all areas
