Specialist Physiotherapist

As a minimum, applicants must be able to demonstrate experience at Band 5 Physiotherapist or higher in the core areas of practice: Orthopaedics/MSK, Neurology/Elderly care, and Respiratory.

The successful applicant must also demonstrate excellent communication skills with both the multidisciplinary team and peers. There must be evidence of continued professional development demonstrating experience to support applications.

Qualifications / Professional Registration

Desirable: - Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy; - Clinical Educator qualification provided by University

Experience and knowledge

Essential: - Candidates should have completed their post graduate core rotations.; - Evidence of developing neuro-muscular handling skills

Desirable: - Knowledge of or experience in coaching and mentoring practices and tools; - Knowledge of or experience in Quality improvement tools, techniques and methods
