This is a rewarding role where your skills, values, and commitment can help improve lives.

  • Adopt a strengths based approach to meet individual need
  • Participate in multi disciplinary working and build relationships across these teams.
  • Respond quickly to crisis on a duty basis
  • Take part in safeguarding residents both at home and in 24 hour care settings.

We are looking to recruit two motivated and compassionate Social Workers to join the Swinton Neighbourhood Team who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all residents. You will bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, strong professional judgement, and a collaborative approach to working with others.

We value integrity, respect, inclusivity, and a strength-based approach to meeting need, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities in a supportive team environment.
