Our client, Brent Council, is seeking an agency social worker for its Reablement Team.

The role will last until March 2027 at least.

And is paid @ £32 per hour.

The role will involve the following

We are seeking an experienced Locum Social Worker to join our supportive Reablement Team.The role involves undertaking frequent home visits within the borough to assess customers’ needs, identify strengths, and set reablement goals that promote independence.You will work closely with care providers, physiotherapists, health colleagues, and Occupational Therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team.This is a highly rewarding role, as many customers successfully regain their independence through the reablement programme.We offer a friendly team environment, regular supervision, and ongoing management support.Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the local area

Requirements of the role

Qualified Social WorkerFully Social Work England registeredMust have significant post-qualified experience in adult social careIdeal candidate will have experience in a reablement, hospital discharge or locality type setting
