Ideally, you’ll hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be confident working flexibly across a range of shifts.It would be great if you also have experience with administering and managing medication within a residential or dementia care setting, and are working towards your NVQ Level 3.Please note, if you do not live locally to Daventry, public transport links can be limited, particularly given the shift patterns for this role.This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost.
