An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Senior Administrator / COPD Receptionist to join our busy team in Paediatrics on a 12month fixed term contra...
- Assist in the coordination of appointments.
- Schedule new and follow up appointments with the most appropriate clinician, ensuring that capacity is proactively and efficiently used, escalating issues as required to the line manager.
- Reschedule outpatient clinics as requested by line manager, in line with waiting time targets.
- Proactively manage the pathway to avoid breaches and take steps to resolve any issues, escalating as necessary.
- Receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries as appropriate.
