This is a unique opportunity to step in to provide maternity cover for our senior psychologist who is responsible for leading our trailblazing and successful PAT pioneer facilitators programme which upskills staff to provide group reflective practice spaces across the organisation. In addition, you will be responsible for providing psychological input to an allocated set of services (dependent on skillset) and supporting delivery of our psychological, adversity and trauma (PAT) informed strategy. Your expertise will shape a culture of learning and build resilience of staff across our services.

The confidence and ability to work across a designated set of services and develop strong relationships that motivate staff buy in attending PAT informed reflective contexts.

Support staff to develop PAT informed understandings of service users with histories of trauma and presentations associated with multiple and complex needs and personality disorders (drawing upon various frameworks in particular: attachment and trauma informed theories and other frameworks as required including: CBT, CAT, Solution-Focused, Restorative Approaches and Strengths-Based practice).

Provide regular supervision to our newly trained PAT Pioneer Facilitators who will be holding reflective spaces to staff across the organisation in various roles and require regular supervision to embed learning and support development and quality practice.
