- Provide comprehensive programme and administrative support to the Quality and Commissioning Team
- Coordinate meetings including preparation of agendas, collation of papers, minute taking and action tracking
- Maintain robust administration of programme governance processes, including action logs, decision logs, risk logs and associated documentation
- Support performance monitoring, including tracking KPIs, progress against plans and reporting requirements
- Support the team to analyse and present data to support programme delivery and decision making
- Work with Business Intelligence colleagues to support reporting and data quality
- Diary management and admin support for the team including Commissioning, Quality and Case Management professionals
- Support engagement with stakeholders across the Provider Collaborative and wider system
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Provide line management support to any designated administrative staff

Education & Skills
Essential
- GSCE Maths and English grade C/4 and above
- Educated to level 3 / 4 qualifications e.g. NVQ level 4, BTEC or Foundation degree or equivalent experience
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable
- Training or experience in project management tools
- Knowledge of NHS systems and data/reporting tools
Experience
Essential
- Significant administrative experience within a complex office or programme environment
- Experience supporting meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders or teams
- Experience of diary management
Desirable
- Experience within an NHS, commissioning or health/ social care environment or other equitable experience
- Experience supporting governance processes or formal committees
- Experience of line management or supervision of staff
Knowledge
Essential
- Understanding of data protection, confidentiality and information governance principles
- Understanding of performance monitoring and reporting processes
- Awareness of the role of Provider Collaboratives and healthcare systems
Desirable
- Knowledge of NHS commissioning, performance frameworks and targets
- Understanding of project management methodologies
