Taking a lead role in running a productive practice nurse team

Working on own initiative

Knowledge of leading infection control audits and clinical CQC

Identify priorities and manage time effectivley to ensure qaulity care is delivered

Managing own patient list on daily weekly basis and supporting and overseeing other nurses and HC staff

Delegating work where appropriate

Educating patients to make better choices and overseeing the daily templates and patient registers

Very supportive practice with flexible work ethic

Very invloved in training

Have a pharmacist and lots of other PCN services

Knowledge and skills

Essential: - Ability to provide quality care; - Good communication skills

Desirable: - Knowledge of IT system1

Experience

Essential: - Lead nurse experiance

Desirable: - Experiance of CQC and infection control audits
