In this varied role, you'll

Support the
development and delivery of fundraising and direct marketing campaigns across a
range of channels.

Create and
enhance supporter journeys that encourage long-term engagement and loyalty.

Analyse
campaign performance and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement
and growth.

collaboratively with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing and
Communications.

Help ensure
supporter communications are engaging, relevant and supporter-focused.

accurate supporter records and handle personal data securely and

Acquisition and Retention
- Support the Individual
Giving Manager to plan, deliver and optimise inspiring fundraising appeals and
direct marketing campaigns across regular giving, cash appeals, lottery
recruitment and gifts in Wills, helping to grow income and supporter
engagement.
- Work collaboratively with
the Marketing & Communications team to develop, deliver and evaluate
integrated digital campaigns across email and social media channels.
- Design, enhance and deliver supporter-centred
stewardship journeys that strengthen relationships, encourage long-term
engagement and increase supporter lifetime value.
Data
Analysis, Insight and Reporting- Monitor, analyse and report
on campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data and
sector insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure
Individual Giving content is effective and up-to-date on all EACH communication
channels
Administration- Keep supporters
details updated on the fundraising database accurately and promptly
- Handle
sensitive data such as bank information confidentially and securely
- To act at all
times in accordance with all internal and external Data Protection regulations

Qualifications
Essential
- Effective communication skills appropriate to a range of audiences both written and verbally
- IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word, Outlook and Teams
- Understanding of Data Protection
Desirable
- - Knowledge of Gift Aid, Charity Law, Fundraising Code of Practice, and other relevant marketing or fundraising standards across the UK
Other Requirements

- - Access to transport in order to travel to our three sites for meetings

- - Current full, valid driving licence

Experience
Essential
- Direct marketing or other relevant marketing experience
- Planning and delivering campaigns within agreed timescales and budgets
- Able to work proactively both independently and as part of a team, with a solution-focused approach
- Analysing and reporting on campaigns and channel performance
Desirable
- Use of a fundraising database or charity CRM
- Data segmentation supporting targeted communications
- Charity direct marketing experience
- Understanding of digital platforms for delivery and marketing of projects/campaigns
