Senior Healthcare Support Worker - AAU

The Senior Healthcare Support Worker will be an integral part of the ward/department team actively taking part in meeting the needs of patients and of the service in accordance with agreed standards under direct supervision of the registered nurses, nurse associates and midwives. The post holder will develop essential competencies though training and practice to ensure safety and quality are the priority.

Qualifications

Desirable: - Level 2 support worker Apprenticeship

Experience

Essential: - Demonstrable experience of working in a clinical healthcare setting.; - Experience of dealing with the public.

Knowledge
