An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinical Support Worker to join the Day Case Unit at Royal Stoke.

Join our team as a Senior Clinical Support Worker and help us to grow and develop our service.
We are looking for people who can work as part of the wider team in maintaining services provided to patients and contribute to the safe, efficient and smooth running of the department

Experience
Essential
- Over 12 months experience in care
Desirable
- Experience of supporting colleagues
Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to GCSE D-G or Level 1 equivalent, including Maths and English (ECCTIS is required for overseas qualifications)
- Holds a valid Care Certificate or willing to complete within 12 weeks of commencing in post
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care/Equivalent qualification or willing/required to complete if successful (If applicant has 3 years or more care experience this is voluntary).
Skills
Desirable
- Able to undertake routine observations
- Ability to do basic dressings
Knowledge
Desirable
- Derm/plastics experience
