We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic doctor who can work at a senior level within the intensive care unit, contributing to high-quality patient care as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team. You will bring sound clinical judgement, the ability to support junior medical colleagues and Advanced Critical Care Practitioners, and a commitment to developing your own practice through teaching, training, audit, research and leadership opportunities.
The successful applicant will be keen to gain broad critical care experience across a diverse and complex case mix, with opportunities to develop specialist interests such as neuro-intensive care, cardiac intensive care, anaesthesia, critical care ultrasound, echocardiography, renal replacement therapy, research, management and education. You should be collaborative, patient-centred, accountable and eager to make the most of a flexible, bespoke training programme within a dynamic and supportive department.
