This job is for someone who is already an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant who wants to take the next step in their career. The role involves delivering high-quality care to residents, working alongside care assistants. Duties include observing and reviewing care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues. The atmosphere should feel like the residents personal home. The ideal candidate should have a caring nature, good communication skills, be adaptable to change, warm, approachable, and respectful to others.
