Whether supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, or sharing a conversation, you'll provide companionship and reassurance. Enjoy outstanding career development with fully funded professional training and qualifications up to QCF level 5. Flexible contracts are available to work around you, and you can earn up to £12.90 an hour with mileage paid. A Blue Light care discount package and a company pension scheme are offered. Provide high-quality personal and domestic care, support and mentor new members, and maintain care standards. This role is ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress.

About the role

  • Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
  • Support and mentor new members of the care team.
  • Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.

What you will bring

  • Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
  • A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
  • Full UK driving licence (Preferred)
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship

Qualifications

Essential

  • A minimum of 12 months' care experience is required, demonstrating compassion and a positive attitude. NVQ level 2 is preferable. A full UK driving licence is preferred. Candidates should have availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7 am 10 pm and alternating weekends. A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK is required, as they cannot offer sponsorship.
