The Senior Care Assistant position at Agincare Homes Holdings in Dorchester offers a rewarding career for experienced care professionals. Were looking for

  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
  • 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
  • Day shifts and night shifts currently available

Your role

  • Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Contribute to and review care plans
  • Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
  • Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
