Security Officer

The post holder is member of the Estates operational team and will be responsible for carrying out any duties commensurate with the grade of post. The role includes provision of security and traffic management, across any of the Trust sites or sites where the Trust delivers services from. The role requires flexibility in approach to the duties required as these may alter throughout the course of a workday/week. High standards of quality will be expected to be delivered in line with Estates/LTHT practices and policies.

The post holder will be expected to have basic knowledge of a number of administrative and operational functions and utilise both E&F and LTHT IT systems in order to complete their job role. The nature of the role requires the use of responding to some tasks via a defined communication system.
