Recognised qualification — holds a degree in Counselling, School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field.Professional registration — registered professionally or eligible for registration where applicable.School-based experience — proven experience supporting children and adolescents in an educational setting.Child development expertise — strong knowledge of child and adolescent development.Communication skills — excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Relationship building — demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and staff.Safeguarding commitment — dedicated to safeguarding and child protection practices.
