Qualifications
Essential
- Good standard of education, including GCSE English and Maths Grades A-C or equivalent Level II qualification.
- Minimum of 46 credits from any pillar of the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales mapped to an individual's job role at level 2 (60% of which must be at level 2).

- Community experience.

- Experience of working with children and young people

- Experience of working in health visiting, school nursing, children's social care team or education.
Aptitude and abilities

- Be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when working with others.
- Ability to engage members of the public.
