Job description
We are seeking a 4 session Salaried GP to work at Swan Surgery in Petersfield, taking on an established patient list.
We operate across five sites
in Hampshire, including one in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook. As
part of our commitment to sustainability and quality care, we are seeking a 4 session Salaried GP to work at our Swan Surgery in Petersfield, taking
on an established patient list. GPs
will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals including clinical
pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team.

About Swan Medical Group: We
are seeking an additional salaried GP to join our esteemed team, comprising 12 Partners, 18 salaried GPs, and a robust Nurse team delivering Rapid Access
services and Chronic Disease management. With a patient base of 37,000
individuals, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated GP to contribute
to the team.
