Telephone reception to service to patients, GPs and other agencies managing bookings, triaging patients and managing queries.
Typing clinical documentation, inputting patient data within out patient booking system, producing adhoc letters, managing a shared inbox and managing Psychosexual referrals and appointments.
Processing and sending information t patients, GP's and other agencies
Face to Face reception booking in patients and managing appointments.

Knowledge, Skills and Training
Essential
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
Desirable
- NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
Job Specific
Essential
- Reception or customer care experience
- Evidence of ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation both verbally and written
- An understanding of the meaning of confidentiality and the requirement for this to be maintained at all times
- The post holder may be expected to travel between clinic sites across Weymouth, Bournemouth and satellite clinics within the service in accordance with the Trust Travel Policy providing cross-cover where necessary.
Desirable
- Knowledge of contraception and sexual health services or equivalent experience in an NHS provider service
Information Technology
Essential
- Experience of using computer systems and good I.T knowledge
