You will provide comprehensive, patient-focused general medical services, managing a varied and rewarding clinical workload while working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team. The role involves assessing and treating patients, managing long-term conditions, making appropriate referrals, prescribing appropriately, maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to the delivery of safe, effective and responsive primary care services. The postholder will work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care, contribute to practice clinical meetings and service development, and support the education and supervision of learners where appropriate.

We are proud of our strong team ethos, where collaboration, mutual support and delivering excellent patient care are at the heart of everything we do.

Our experienced multidisciplinary team includes GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, GP Assistants, a Pharmacy Technician, a Paramedic and a range of Primary Care Network professionals. This enables us to provide high-quality care while creating a sustainable and rewarding working environment for our clinicians.

As an accredited training practice, we are committed to learning, development and continuous improvement. We foster a culture where ideas are welcomed, knowledge is shared and colleagues support one another. Daily protected clinical discussions and regular training events provide opportunities for professional growth and peer support.

We offer excellent managerial and administrative support, innovative ways of working and a genuine commitment to work-life balance. Our clinicians benefit from a reduced administrative burden, a collaborative clinical team and the opportunity to work within a well-organised practice that values both patient care and staff wellbeing.

If you are looking to join a progressive, welcoming practice where you can make a real difference while feeling supported and valued, The Dunstan Partnership would be an excellent place to develop your career.
