built around innovation and patient-centred care. We were pioneers in
introducing telephone consulting over 8 years ago and have continually refined
our systems to ensure excellent patient access while maintaining GP control
over their workload.

administrative burdens for GPs by leveraging our highly skilled Medical
Secretary team, Medicines Management team, and dedicated clinical and
administrative support. Youll have the time and space to focus on what matters
most: delivering exceptional care to your patients.
encourage GPs to explore their interests and enhance their day-to-day practice.
Whether it's training GP registrars, collaborating with our award-winning
research team, or developing clinics in specialties such as womens health,
dermatology, or minor operations, we offer numerous opportunities to diversify
your career.
You'll work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including
Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and a full-time Social

We are passionate about a high standard of health and
wellbeing for our staff and our patients. We are looking for someone who will

practice.
We would welcome applications for 6-9 sessions per week
with a starting salary of £11,700 per session per annum for newly qualified GPs or£12,012 per session per annum for GPs with 3+ years experience, with opportunities for additional income.
We introduced telephone consulting over 9 years ago. We have
continually improved our system to achieve good patient access and satisfaction;
whilst still allowing the GPs to remain in control of their workload and their
day.
We have worked hard to reduce the level of administrative
work for our GPs through our skilled Medical Secretary team processing tasks and correspondence and medical reports; Medicines Management team dealing with
medication queries and reconciliation; clinical support to help reduce
pathology processing and an Administrative Support team to assist with QOF, systems, coding
and data.
We encourage all our staff to take opportunities to develop
other interests to enhance their day-to-day general practice. We would
encourage any new GPs to develop other skills that would contribute to the
practice or work with us on any of the following:
- Training
GP registrars, F2 doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
- Working
with our dedicated research team.
- Supporting
the dispensaries and practice owned on-site pharmacy.

daily home visit requests.
Our large clinical team is supported by a dynamic,
well-structured management and administrative team to allow smooth and
efficient running of the practice. This also enables us to seize opportunities
