Salaried GP

• Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients across a range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Assess, diagnose and manage patients through face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Prescribe medications and review treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
• Refer patients appropriately to secondary care and other community services.
• Undertake routine chronic disease management, preventative care and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient-centred care.
• Recognise and manage urgent and potentially serious presentations, escalating care where appropriate.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits, significant event reviews and practice quality improvement.
• Maintain professional knowledge and competence through continuing professional development and training.

• Rated CQC: Good
